You may have heat-protecting sprays, which can apply before styling. It would profit if you avoided blow-drying your hair when it is dripping wet.

Many believe that oiling is only necessary for the winter, but this is the most common misconception. In the summer, you should also oil your hair once a week. Hair oils, such as coconut or olive oil, will nourish your hair while aiding in its growth.

Avoid Tight Hair Ties

Avoid using super tight hair ties. Opt for scrunchies with cloth around them. Tight hair ties tend to pull your hair back really tight, which improves friction and can cause breakage.
