The Smart Way to Pick a Health Screening Package

  1. Use anti stretch marks creams or lotions – You will get almost hundreds of brands offering stretch marks creams and lotions that are very effective on these scars.  Start using them as early as in your first trimester if you want to see great results of getting rid of them immediately after your pregnancy. But if you are late, you can also start them after delivering the baby. These creams and lotions moisturise the skin and make them heal the stretching scars that appear due to expansion of your body during the pregnancy.
  2. Body butters – Body butters or special stretch marks removal butters are available in the market that can also help you get rid of these scars immediately.  These butters usually contain coconut oil or cocoa butter, some other natural Vitamin C components and even essential oils. All these constituents together heal your body in due time and erase the scars and marks gradually.
  3. Aloe vera gel – We all know that Aloe vera is a magical plant. It cures many problems and ailments. Even when we talk about the stretch marks and pregnancy scars, aloe vera has the power to heal the skin naturally. But remember, this will be a comparatively slow procedure than the medicinal treatments but yes, you won’t face any side effects using them.
  4. Laser treatment – Laser therapy is an instant way to remove the stretch marks and scars instantly. This is an expensive procedure and might have some side effects on your skin and has to be carried out by an expert in the field. So, be very sure if you are opting for this service to cure the stretch marks on your body.
  5. Tretinoin and Hyaluronic treatment – Dermatologists may recommend tretinoin and hyaluronic acid as topical therapies for stretch marks that are new or less than a few months old. According to some research, the prescription retinoid tretinoin, which is derived from vitamin A, may hide newly developed stretch marks. Tretinoin can help your stretch marks blend in more with the rest of your skin by regenerating collagen.
  6. Coconut oil massage – Call it a famous grandmother’s home remedy, but using coconut oil over stretch marks by massaging it lightly for over a period of time reduces it to a large extent. It also helps in even toning  your skin after this Phase and bringing back the natural glow post pregnancy.
